I swear by it, drinking bone broth when I start feeling a cold coming on. I drink it warm, morning noon and night. When I wake up the next day, feeling back to my old self. Bone broth is your grandmothers recipe in chicken noodle soup. It helps build up your immune system. Give it a try!

This is one of my favorite things to do in the evening. As the day ends, I find myself with lower back tension. I do this for about 10 mins while relaxing. It sure does relieve the majority of my pain. I wake up the next morning feeling so much better. Give it a try!

EVERY BITE YOU TAKE

Our energy flows through every choice we make, and food is one of the most direct ways we feed not only the body but the Soul. Eating with awareness can Raise Vibration, allowing the Empath to sense the subtle energy within each bite.

Fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes nourish deeply, providing vitamins, minerals, fiber, and living energy that the body can easily absorb. Healthy fats like olive oil or avocado support cellular function, while natural protein sources — beans, lentils, fish, or lean meat — sustain strength and vitality. In contrast, highly processed foods such as pizza, burgers, fried snacks, or refined sugars often leave the body sluggish, heavy, and inflamed.

To Raise Vibration through meals, practice mindful eating today. Pause before each bite, breathe deeply three times, and notice the colors, textures, and scents of your food. I incorporate the majority of these daily. For instance, a banana with walnuts for breakfast, I put a 1/2 lemon in my large water bottle I take to work, eating cucumbers as a side with my lunch and for desert crystallized ginger, and in the evening drinking a detox tea with cloves, cinnamon and ginger. Find ways to help you with your issues with food.

If you are looking at loosing weight, remember, it's 80% eating right and 20% working out. If you are not sure on how to start, drop me a DM and I can help. Number one thing you need to control your limit is sugar. You should only intake up to 20 grams a day.....it's harder than you think.
