When I began teaching yoga in 2007, I really felt like I had found a missing piece. Yoga was a place where I felt strong, confident, relaxed and beautiful - I fell in love with it and knew that it was always going to be a part of my life. I teach in a way that I hope makes people feel just like I did. I train my team to do the same. Whenever you come to Harmony Health, whoever is teaching your class - I want you to feel welcome and at home, I want you to feel like you have found a missing piece.
We are a team focused on leading people to healthier and happier lives one class, pose, and moment at a time. The team at Harmony Health continues to learn and grow both personally and professionally with courses that include 200 hour Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Group Exercise, Healthy Lifestyle Principles, and many non-credited courses. In January of 2018 we welcomed the Dance Trance team as our own AND we began offering classes at a second location!
Dance Trance is a wonderful addition to what we offer - it is the perfect compliment of a quick paced cardio class that is so much fun you might even forget you are working out. Halotherapy yoga offered at The {Be} Studio is all the goodness off yoga coupled with the benefits of a Himalayan salt room. Because we believe it is so important to provide a well rounded approach to health - The {Be} Studio is a great addition to Harmony Health.
We believe in decluttering, detoxifying and destressing life! Everyone must learn to clear their minds, bodies and environment from excess and overwhelming products, services and activities; unplug, remove chemicals and reduce waste to live to the fullest and maximize health.
The most important thing is that you find peace and contentment. Embrace who you are and where you are, accept yourself and others, enjoy living each moment that is given. If you can do this - then all else will come together beautifully and perfectly. Namaste
