Did you know that the cervical curve (lordosis) can often be restored or improved though consistent, targeted exercises, postural correction, and specialized therapies? While severe, long term degeneration may limit correction, many cases of "military neck" or "tech neck" (straightening) or loss of curve can be reversed to alleviate pain, and nerve pressure.

We would love to teach you how to use the neck roll and then advance to the cranio cradle and finally the cervical orthosis.
