Brow asymmetry is a common issue for many patients, and it is relatively easy fix. In this patient, there is a brow asymmetry and resulting excess upper eyelid skin, along with an impression of fatigue. We did an in office under local anesthesia lateral brow correction to give her a slightly more feminine arch to her brow and removed the excess upper eyelid skin to “open” her pretty eyes. She looks refreshed and is pleased with the outcome
