Reiki for Self-Care
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
This is a standalone workshop for anyone who simply needs to "plug back in." There is no pressure to become a practitioner; this is 100% about your own restorative rest and learning to soothe your nervous system. Choose this if your goal is personal peace and practical self-regulation.

Reiki Level 1 Certification
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes the Reiki for Self-Care Morning Session)
If you feel a "pull" to become a certified practitioner, your day begins with the morning sanctuary and continues into the afternoon as we learn the traditional symbols, hand placements, and the "strong back" needed to share Reiki with others.

Our central nervous system (CNS) is the core conductor of our vitality, governing everything from our digestion and sleep quality to our capacity for emotional resilience and healing. Regulating and supporting this system is not a luxury; it is the foundation of holistic well-being.

When we neglect this support, when we constantly live in the hurried pace of sympathetic overdrive ("fight or flight"), our bodies pay a heavy cost. We experience chronic holding patterns, feel emotionally frayed, struggle with disrupted sleep, and our energy reserves become depleted. We lose our gentle connection to our innate wisdom.
