February has arrived and this month we are celebrating the fact we are STRONGER TOGETHER.

We're showing up when motivation dips.
When schedules feel full.

Starting yoga can feel intimidating, but beginners are always welcome here.

Here are a few helpful reminders for new yogis stepping into class for the first time:
• There’s no “perfect” pose, only what works for your body today
• Pausing, modifying, or resting is encouraged
• Progress looks different for everyone and changes day to day
• Consistency matters more than intensity

Yoga is a practice, not a performance. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, the goal is simply to move, breathe, and leave feeling a little more connected than when you arrived.
