🧠 Did you know your lymphatic system is just as important as your circulatory system?
But unlike your heart, it doesn’t have a pump. It relies on YOU to keep it flowing. 🌀

When your lymph system slows down or becomes damaged, it can lead to lymphatic pathologies, such as:

🔹 Lymphedema – chronic swelling, often in the arms or legs, due to lymphatic blockage or node removal (common after cancer or surgery).
🔹 Lymphadenopathy – swollen lymph nodes, often a sign your immune system is fighting an infection.
🔹 Lymphangitis – inflammation of the lymph vessels, usually caused by infection.
🔹 Lipidema – painful fat disorder that affects the lymphatic flow and often gets mistaken for obesity.
🔹 Chylous ascites & chylothorax – rare conditions where lymphatic fluid leaks into the abdomen or chest.

✨ Symptoms to watch for:
• Unexplained swelling
• Heaviness or tightness in limbs
• Frequent infections
• Fatigue
• Skin changes or hardening
