Happy last day of February! If you're new to taking CBD, or experimenting with different doses or products, here are some recommendations for you:
1. Decide how you want to consume your daily dose. Inhalation if great for instant relief, while edibles can be better for extended relief. Topicals are great for specific areas of discomfort.
2.Learn how to dose properly. CBD is measured in milligrams, and all reliable companies will have the mgs per serving listed on their products.
3. Once you determine what dose you want to start with or any time you adjust your dose or product, take it every day for at least 2 weeks before deciding if that dose is helping or not. Keep a daily journal of how you feel before you take your dose, as well as throughout the day, after you take your dose.
Remember, everyone is different and reacts to CBD and other cannabinoids in their own way. Many of us need to go through an experimental phase before finding the perfect dose and product for our wants and needs. Stay consistent with your routine and determined to get it right, and you will likely find your "sweet spot", what works best for you!
