It is impossible for anyone to go through life without a bad day.

When you have disabilities and illnesses, these bad days show up more frequently.

Pushing though every bad day instead of resting when you need to will only result in more bad days, that are usually worse.

It takes an Autistic person, on average 3 months to 2 years to recover from Autistic Burnout.

There has never been a situation in which someone was able to successfully just 'push through' fatigue, illness & burnout nor is anyone able to just bottle up and ignore severe emotional reactions' forever and if you think you have; congratulations you're a ticking time bomb with a coin toss of if you destroy yourself or those around you when it catches up to you.

How exciting!
There are many benefits to recieving massages. It can help with horomone balance (decrese cortisol and increase dopamine and serotonin), calming the nervous system (which helps with sleep and digestion), increasing range of motion, and decreasing pain.
