That’s a wrap on another vision board workshop! The studio is all clean and ready for class tomorrow. Some boards are finished and some are still in the works. Wish I could’ve gotten everyone’s photo! But I’m thankful for remembering to take a few. What a wonderful evening it has been.

Next weekend, we welcome Robin Appel Maida to Virginia Beach to facilitate Ancestral Healing Weekend and How Trauma is Held in the Body. We kick off the weekend Thursday evening with an Inside Flow class, which is a dancing vinyasa. Then Friday from 530-800p, we'll be in conversation and connection over how Trauma is held in the body and 8-930 is yoga. Saturday and Sunday, we'll begin our sessions with yoga, and Sunday ends with a Sound Healing. And in the middle, the juicy parts are found in family constellations. More info in the comments.

This is an incredibly powerful process, it is not scary or intimidating but it can absolutely change your life. The full weekend price is $450, but bring a friend and get a discount. Or you can choose to purchase a day pass for whichever day you want to attend.
