Colonoscopies offer real risks.

The conventional medical model follows a formula in which certain interventions are recommended in the name of prevention. This raises important questions: How do we think about preventive measures that involve risks? How do we make decisions in a system where many procedures have potential downsides?

Many people don’t consider the potential for side effects when they interact with western medicine and they are often not informed about the true risks.

They simply follow recommendations without fully understanding of alternatives or potential for error. They’re told these procedures are important for early detection, and they often don’t learn about the risks until something goes wrong.

What might change if we listened to our bodies earlier? What if we got quiet enough to hear what our bodies are communicating and respond with more awareness?

What if, instead of relying solely on recommendations, we learned to understand our symptoms instead of fearing them?

What if we were empowered with knowledge that helped us feel more confident navigating changes in our health?

What if we could move through these moments without immediately hitting the panic button?
This kind of empowerment is possible, and I’ve helped thousands of people move toward deeper awareness and ownership of their health.

This happened to me. They wanted me to stop eating cruciferous veggies and to take an antacid for the rest of my life which wouldve eventually led to lack of absorption of vitamins and minerals, osteopourosis, dental issues, malnurishment. In reality, I was not producing enough acid. I got a protocal of carbolic acid for 2 months. Within a week I already experienced less bloat and discomfort. I am now careful of my combination of foods that I eat and eating windows & occasionally have lime/ lemon water or apple cider vinegar water 30 min before meals. This has made all the difference.

The root cause of heartburn is the opposite of what you've been told.

Conventional treatment typically includes medications that lower stomach acid to temporarily relieve symptoms, but the true cause of heartburn is typically an underproduction of acid.

Why would you treat a symptom caused by low stomach acid by lowering it further?

The top causes of low stomach acid include:
-Poor diet
-A suppressed immune system
-Antacids
-Low-salt diets
-Potassium deficiency
-Zinc deficiency
-Iodine deficiency
-Eating too frequently

If you suspect you may have low stomach acid, try a splash of apple cider vinegar (ACV) before meals. Studies show ACV may improve stomach acidity, helping you break down food more efficiently and absorb nutrients better.

Your muscle mass is one of the most important forms of “life insurance” for old age. As we age, maintaining muscle strength becomes increasingly essential for preserving mobility, independence, and overall health. Muscle mass helps prevent bone loss, supports metabolic function, and improves overall vitality, making it a key component of healthy aging.

Ayurveda teaches us that strength is not just physical but also mental and emotional. Maintaining a balance between physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being is essential. Regular exercise, particularly strength training, is vital to achieving this balance and ensuring that we stay strong as we age.

Investing in muscle health today is one of the best ways to ensure a vibrant future. Incorporating strength-building exercises into your routine is not just about looking fit—it’s about sustaining your health and energy levels as you age. 🏋️‍♂️💪

And we wonder why we have so much abundance and we are so mineral deficient. GMO food plus till and monocrop farming have robbed us of our nutrients and minerals. Guess what when you go get your physical they dont even test your blood work to look for this but it is the underlying cause of our metobolic disorders that they like to conveniently blame on genetics. Have you ever been told to stop eating real food by a doctor? I have. My primary care physician told me to stop eating cruciferous vegetables but okay'd me to eat burgers & fries/ fast food once a week. My urologist told me to stop eating high oxalate foods but in the same breath told me to drink Crystal Light daily. I did not follow either advice to heal. I weng inward & listened to what spirit & my body told me is real & natural ways to support my systems.
