Its sticky, sugary filling—and those hard nuts—make it extra tough on your enamel. 😅

But don’t be fooled… marshmallow yams and sugary cranberry sauce aren’t much better for your smile!
Sticky marshmallows cling to teeth, feeding cavity-causing bacteria, and that spoonful of cranberry sauce often packs more added sugar than you’d expect. Both can linger on the enamel and increase the risk of decay if you don’t brush or rinse afterward.

Though she “kind of fell into dentistry,” Meagan quickly discovered her love for the blend of helping people and problem-solving — and we’re so lucky she did! Her compassion and calm leadership make every day brighter for both our patients and team.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Meagan unwinding with her family and dogs, getting lost in a good book, or discovering a new local restaurant (because sometimes a good meal is the best therapy 🍽️).
