Join us for July's New Moon Sound Bath Meditation & Reiki Experience!
Join Beverly with Zen and Karrie from Everything Is OK as we celebrate July's New Moon with a special evening of relaxation and meditation!
Event Highlights:
-Tea Ceremony: We'll start with a calming tea ceremony to set the mood.
-Sound Bath Meditation led by Karrie: Let the soothing sounds guide you into a deep state of relaxation as you are led on a guided meditation. This experience's meditation will focus on self care and making choices that keep us on the path toward completing our personal goals rather than taking us further away from our goals.
-Reiki Experience by Beverly: Receive a Reiki treatment during the sound bath if you wish.

Everyone is welcome to join this peaceful event, so reserve your spot today! Zen is located in Shambhala Wellness at 301 25th St, Virginia Beach. Plenty of free parking! Bring your own mat, pillow, blankets or whatever you need to be comfortable during the sound bath.
