A little ASMR while I put together our FeetUp Trainers for next Friday 🤸♀️ (and this is exactly how I’ll be dressed the rest of this rainy, cold day 😗)
Join me and Jen as we kick our feet up for a 90-minute class that blends mobility work, a mini flow, and plenty of supported time upside down.
