A corner of the kitchen floor has officially been claimed 📦🎁

All the goodies for our Mother’s Day care bags are starting to pile up. A reminder that this is a free event, open to anyone who feels called to show up and help put some love into these bags.
And if you can’t make it in person, there are still ways you can support:

💗 Visit Samaritan House’s website for their most-needed items list and drop anything off at the event (or beforehand. I’m happy to coordinate a time)

Our monthly community yoga class is THIS Sunday at 5:30pm. This offering is donation based with 100% of the proceeds supporting Connect With a Wish

The perfect way to end your weekend, expect 30 minutes of very gentle movement followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga postures 💗

APRIL!! My month ♈️☀️🫶🏼

Big things happening at The Healing Loft this month. Special events, recurring classes as always, and dare I say it again… this will be the month we finally transition away from Mindbody 😭 Just waiting on one last approval 🤞🏼
After that, a branded app is on the way. This one’s been a slow burn behind the scenes but it’s building. Keep your eyes peeled.

When you collab with Mother Nature for the sound bath 🍃✨♥️

There’s always something happening in this little loft. Our website shows all our offerings, recurring classes, special pop up events, and when the studio is free to rent so you can come in and offer your own class.

A reminder our transition is coming soon as we’re putting the finishing touches on our new platform. Please know everything will be the same, just a different software, with lots of custom upgrades for both hosts and clients ♥️​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Alright loves, mark your calendars. We’re making care bags 💗

I know this is early, but I wanted to get the word out now in hopes that you can make it 🤞🏼This Mother’s day, we’re assembling gift bags filled with self-care goodies to donate to , a safe haven for women and families right here in VB.

We’ll have toiletries, cosmetics, journals, affirmation cards (thank you !!!) and more ready to go. We just need extra hands to bag, ribbon, and decorate 🫶🏼

If you can’t make it, there are other ways you can support (see slide 4)
