PTX - Personal Training Excellence Individual & group training with a difference. Training for all ages and ability levels, tailored to the individual and conducted by a certified trainer.

We are not a franchise- our clients are very important to us! We are not open 24 hours a day- you never work out alone! Our trainer is always there when you are. We are not a club requiring membership dues- no contract, you only pay month to month. We are not one size fits all. Our training is catered to YOUR specific needs and schedule.

A few pics from our Thanksgiving "Turkey Burn" workout 2025. Best weather in memory and lots of food donated to the Southeastern VA food bank and a local church's food pantry. Way to go TPF & PTX!

Join us for a Thanksgiving tradition! Pre-burn those calories @ 8am in our parking lot. Music, friends & fitness! Cost is to bring some staple foods that we can donate to our local homeless shelter.

This is from Nancy McIntyre:
I wanted to let you know Mike had emergency surgery for an aneurism and then suffered a stroke a couple of days ago. I'm able to visit with him in ICU in Lynchburg. He's got a tough road ahead. Please let the PTX group know.
