Uptop Residential is seeking a full time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team at our VA Beach Group Home.
The energetic candidate will work in a lively environment supporting adults with developmental disabilities. Shifts vary but mostly 4p-12a and weekends needed. Other Skills necessary include professionalism, compassion, and ability to adapt easily to a changing daily schedule, work well in a team .
The DSP will also support the resident with activities of daily living such as dressing, showering and hygiene, cooking and cleaning while ensuring their safety and maximizing their physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual abilities.
