*Valid Personal Care Aide certificate
*Current TB Test
*Must be able to successfully pass a Criminal Record and Background Check screening
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must be available to work weekends
***Must be willing to comply with all standards set in place by Medicaid

- Demonstrate accurate and thorough documentation skills
- In-services

This job do require you to have reliable transportation and willing to travel around the Hampton Roads area
