Virtual/Live in person online classes and personal fitness training. Fitness Training for all ages, shapes and sizes. I specialize in Pilates and I can help with injuries and rehabilitation exercises as well.

I’m totally independent and capable but I get SO overwhelmed sometimes…especially on the weekends! Weekends are a time to rest, but sometimes I feel pressure to get “so much” done and then when I don’t, I feel less than… I am learning to give myself GRACE and realize that some of the expectations I put on myself are impossible!🤦‍♀️
Showing up and doing my best are what matters! And it’s enough! 🙌🙏
