Author-Educator-Businessman-Coach-Consultant-Speaker-Trainer-Transformer

A success story all on his own, Dr. Adolph Brown was once one of the youngest full, tenured professors in our nation. Dr. Adolph Brown was the first in his single mother poverty-stricken family of five to graduate from high school and attend college. It was here he found his passion, his wife, and his mission. From here he went on to become a successful businessman, a highly regarded educator, and a much sought after speaker, trainer, and consultant. Dr. Adolph Brown is the chairman and founder for The Business & Education Leadership Authority and it's subsidiary The Leadership & Learning Institute, both international organizations dedicated to the timeless virtues that lead to lasting and meaningful success in servant leadership development, improving student achievement, and increasing educational equity. The author of numerous books and countless articles, Dr. Adolph Brown is the author of the best-selling Championship Habits, Two Backpacks and Real Talk. In Championship Habits he recounts the core lessons he learned from being a successful businessman. In Real Talk, he writes about helping children succeed in school and in life through honest and concise reasoning and communication. Dr. Adolph Brown received numerous Business Leadership Awards, and has been twice selected for the Who’s Who Award in Academia and received the E. His writings are being translated into Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew, and Spanish. Beyond his work in business and educational research, Adolph Brown has devoted many years to business management & development, coupled with classroom teaching with students ranging from elementary school to doctoral candidates. Adolph’s immediate family includes eight children ranging from elementary school to a doctoral and an armed services officer candidate, all of whom have attended public schools. His wife, Marla is a former biochemist, now business partner. Adolph is a one-of-a –kind. His success continues from once being one of the youngest full, tenured professors in our nation, to while under his leadership, his university’s education and psychology program became the number one producer of education and psychology undergraduates in the country. It’s a huge story and a continuing one. Adolph’s success continues at the community college level where he created and even teaches a life skills seminar dedicated to helping prepare students for real-world issues and to succeed in all aspects of life. When Doc speaks, the terms business and school become a verb and not a noun. They are not places we go, they are experiences. Adolph is a frequent keynote speaker in the U.S. and internationally for education, business, nonprofit, and governmental organizations. 😢Compassion is the heart of true leadership. As I look back on my journey mentoring countless individuals as a professor and administrator over the past three decades, I find the most profound pride lies not in their accolades, but in their character. Each one has excelled in their fields—educators, doctors, entrepreneurs, nurses, professional athletes, lawyers, entertainers, real estate moguls, and more—but what stands out is their transformation into “good people.” This was the highest compliment that my grandfather could give to another. Jammal Spratley epitomized this spirit. He was not just a brilliant student; he was a beacon of hope for high-risk youth. Choosing a path of service over personal glory in the NFL, he redirected his energy into building a respected executive security firm. His commitment to uplifting others was evident in every endeavor.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jammal thrived in the martial arts community, coaching champions while embodying discipline and resilience. His passion for excellence was matched only by his compassion for others. I will forever cherish our deep biblical discussions, where his insights illuminated the beauty of faith and kindness. As we remember him, let us honor his legacy by embracing compassion in our own lives. May we strive to uplift those around us and create a ripple effect of positivity. Jammal’s spirit will live on in the hearts he touched, reminding us that true greatness is measured not by success, but by the goodness we bring into the world.

✨ Have you ever stopped to appreciate the in your life? ✨

It’s , and I’m feeling so grateful! 💖 Just last night, I ran into an old friend (Dominick Still) whose mom was not only a fantastic Spanish teacher (Señora Still) but also an incredible encourager. Her influence still warms my heart! 🌟 And during our weekly team meeting, my grandkids brought joy to the room as they quietly drew on the whiteboard for a whole hour. It’s moments like these that remind me of the simple pleasures in life. When the noise of the world fades away, we find space for gratitude.

☺️I can’t help but feel grateful on this for all the folks standing in line to grab my books! It’s a bit surreal, honestly. My first foray into writing was churning out college textbooks as a tenured professor. Talk about dry reading! I still remember my family’s excitement when I handed out those textbooks at church and family gatherings. 😅They were practically doing cartwheels—until they asked, “When are you going to write something we can actually enjoy?” Ouch‼️

That little nudge pushed me to write in a way that everyone could find “takeaways” and “insights,” no matter what their background is. I mean, who doesn’t want to learn something new while sipping coffee or getting a haircut, right? ☕️ My writing pulls from my life as a clinical psychologist, a professor, a master teacher, an entrepreneur, and of course, a servant leader. But above all, I’m just a guy trying to figure it all out—being a man of faith, a husband, and a dad.

Now, my books are popping up everywhere—from the barbershop to the bookshop! 🙌🏾 And guess what? More are on the way! So, stay tuned—there’s more wisdom (and hopefully some laughs) coming your way!

🌟 It’s ! 🌟 Have you ever met a group of individuals who balance creativity and compliance with such finesse? 🙌

Today, I want to give a huge shoutout to School Business Officials (SBOs)! 🎉 They are the unsung heroes keeping our school districts running smoothly, ensuring everything is in compliance, and most importantly, keeping our students safe. 💖

I’m so grateful for the amazing connections I’ve made during my masterclasses with these brilliant and funny folks! Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed.
