But we kept the plan simple: stay consistent, track the basics, respect the timeline. Then the little wins started showing up—better sleep, less stiffness in the mornings, more energy that didn’t crash by mid-day. Nothing dramatic, just steady. And that’s the part I love as a provider: when progress stops being a number or a promise, and it becomes a normal day that finally feels lighter.
