Happy New Year to our amazing PALS families. Thank you for trusting us this past year during some of the most stressful, itchy, hair-pulling moments life can throw at a household. You let us into your homes, your clinics, your chaos, and your “please fix this now” emergencies, and we’re truly grateful for every family we were able to help.

Our mission has always been simple. Bring calm to the panic, clarity to the confusion, and real solutions that work. Watching families leave our clinics with relief on their faces never gets old. That’s the kind of “one and done” feeling we’re carrying with us into the new year.

Holiday fun fact nobody asked for but every parent needs to hear: lice absolutely love the holidays. Big cozy gatherings, cousins piling on the couch, kids sharing pillows, hats, blankets, selfies, and headphones… to a louse, that’s basically an all-inclusive resort.
