The month of APRIL is all about RE-BIRTH. Spring and Easter both symbolize the beginning of NEW LIFE. You are now being given a chance to break free from old programming and step into alignment with your Higher Self. The truth is that you don't have to "die" a physical death to have the experience of being born again. You can choose RIGHT NOW to begin a whole new life that comes from a place of HEART CENTERED FAITH.

The FULL MOON in Libra this Wed, April 1 is called the PINK MOON, and it is activating our heart chakra and third eye chakra. It is inviting us to EXPAND our consciousness and consequently IMPROVE our relationships. As healers and lightworkers, we have spent countless years learning, growing and evolving. Everything we have learned is now being integrated, and we will be able to truly be the BEST version of ourselves (our Higher Self) on a consistent basis.

This means that we will react differently to our past triggers. Instead of being hurt or upset about something that someone says or does, we will be AWARE of the fact that we are feeling hurt or upset. That awareness gives us the power to react and respond differently than we would have in the past.

You will choose love and connection over fear / anger/ sadness and detachment. That choice will allow you to improve and elevate your personal relationships. You can grow SO MUCH closer to the people you love under the magical light of this Libra Full Moon.

I am offering a Reiki Training Level 1/2 Class on Friday, April 24 from 6:00 - 9:30 pm. I feel like there are a few of you guys that have been following my page and/or coming to my classes for a while, and you are NOW ready to take the next step on your spiritual journey. Learning Reiki with me at Miracles Wellness Center is a very unique experience because in 2011, Angels from Heaven showed me exactly how to use energy healing (Reiki) to help cure my son of blindness and advanced eye cancer. I share all of the knowledge I gained from that life-changing experience during my Reiki classes. I also provide my students with an "attunement" to raise your personal vibration and increase the crystalline light in your body.

I want to inspire YOU to connect with the power and magic of God so that you can heal yourself and others. Upon completion of this class, you will be a certified Reiki 1/2 practitioner, and you will be invited to attend our private "Reiki Family" monthly gatherings and annual retreats.

With SPRING in the air (literally), I wanted to mention that ALLERGIES, like ALL health issues, are a physical manifestation of trapped emotional energy. When you allow yourself to get to the root of your trapped emotions, you can process, release and transform that negative energy. TRUE and COMPLETE healing of underlying emotional issues will result in healing of the body.

I KNOW this because I have lived this. In addition to my own health challenges that I have overcome through healing generational trauma, I witnessed my son MIRACULOUSLY heal from advanced eye cancer and blindness as we worked together to address emotional wounds that he was carrying in his body.

For today, I want to focus on Spring allergies, since that is an issue many people are dealing with right now. Allergies are your body's resistance to the seasons changing. Spring represents rebirth, love, creativity and joy. Your body is literally fighting against surrendering to those experiences. You may have gone through your own trauma that caused you to build walls of protection, or you may be carrying trauma on behalf of your family line. Either way, this trauma needs to be released so you can tell your body:

1) It is SAFE to be vulnerable and allow yourself to feel love.
2) It is SAFE to experience rebirth and change.
3) You are now FREE to be happy and enjoy life to the fullest.

Some helpful ways to process past trauma and release negative energy are:
Meditation, Chakra Clearing, Reiki, Somatic Exercises combined with Intention, Journaling, EFT, EDMR, and Traditional Talk Therapy.

If allergies are affecting your ability to enjoy life right now, please take the time to address underlying trauma and then give yourself permission to be HAPPY AND FREE!

My Story

My name is Tara Poey and it is my soul’s purpose to help you realize all that is possible when you open up your heart to God’s love! I have faced many difficult challenges in my life, including my son, Maddox, being diagnosed with advanced eye cancer in both of his eyes. Although I was told that he would be blind for the rest of his life, I decided to do everything within my power to help him heal. I focused all of my energy and attention on faith, joy and love... and then I watched as miracles happened, and my sweet boy regained his eyesight. I have learned through personal experience that we co-create our realities with the thoughts we think and the emotions we feel. Life is full of magic when we align and connect with the power of God. It is my biggest passion and purpose to help other people find that life changing connection.
