Today's Olympic game was called Mogul Setter. Using marshmallows, the object was to see who could make the most marshmallows stacks using 3 marshmallows in each stack. Marshmallow stacking is much harder than it looks!

Thinking “maybe next month”… again?

Big decisions have a funny way of circling the calendar. Especially the ones about where and how you or your loved one calls home. Familiar feels safe. Change feels big.

Our Mardi Gras party was a smashing success! Two residents found the baby drawn on the bottom of their Mardi Gras cupcake and won a prize. The music by The No Notes was fantastic, the beads were plentiful, and everyone had a great time!

Today's Olympic game was called the ski jump tester. The residents concentrated hard to try and make those ping pong balls into the cups. So much fun!

The spirit of love was evident! What a wonderful Valentine's Day celebration! ❤️ The royal court was precious, the treats were sweet, the music was fantastic, and the attendees were the best. Even though we crowned an assisted living and memory care king and queen, every member of our royal court is a king or queen in our eyes! Happy Valentine's Day!! ❤️❤️❤️

February is "I Love to Read Month". Mrs. Thyen's 5th grade class came in to read books to our residents. The residents LOVED this!

We started off our Edgewood Olympic Games today. Our first game was called the Zamboni Driver. We had to use chop sticks to grab a piece of ice from one dish and drop it in an empty dish. It was pretty challenging, but really fun! 🥇🏅
