NEW OFFERING: Silent Sessions + Grief-Informed Touch

I recently completed a 20-hour continuing education course in Body-Centered Grief Companioning—an intimate, weekend-long training designed for healing professionals committed to deepening their capacity for presence and care.

Over three days, I joined a small group of bodyworkers and energy practitioners to explore the complex, sacred process of grief. We practiced how to gently hold space for those navigating loss—whether it's the passing of a loved one, a shift in identity, or any life transition that leaves the body aching for understanding.

This training has profoundly enriched my work as a Bodywork Therapist, Energy Worker, and Lifestyle Doula, offering me a more nuanced and holistic approach to emotional and somatic healing.

As part of this integration, I'm now offering Silent Sessions—bodywork experiences rooted in stillness, where emotional presence is prioritized over conversation or the pressure to "fix" physical pain. These sessions invite the body to guide the healing, in its own timing, without the need for explanation or performance.

If you're moving through grief, change, or quiet transformation, you're welcome to request a Silent Session when booking. This is a space where your body is held, honored, and deeply heard—even in Silence.
