Aloha and Namaste, friends!
Coming out of hibernation with intention ~
It has been a beautiful inward season full of meditation, retreating, and building on the foundation of prioritized integration and rejuvenation.
With this new season, the new month ahead, and a refreshed mind-body behind the wheel, I’m elated to acknowledge that Align & Refine has been effectively rebirthed onto a higher timeline. 🙌
When I developed the business plan for Align & Refine over seven years ago, the seeds for multiple locations, collaborations, and retreat spaces were planted with heart and full intention.
Well, as we continue to evolve rapidly, and spring has now sprung, I am super stoked to report that all of those seeds have sprouted, and many are now bearing fruit!
I am beyond grateful for my continued collaboration with Serenity Massage & Halotherapy in Trempealeau, which has beautifully served as Align & Refine's headquarters for the past 3 years! Thank you, Megan, for being the best collaboration partner ever. 💞
With this rebirth, Align & Refine has stepped into yet another beautiful collaboration opportunity and has officially established our second service location! We are deeply blessed and ultra proud to now be of service within River of Ahz Health & Wellness, in Viroqua, WI. Open hours begin next week. Thank you, Dr. David, for welcoming this collaboration into your beloved space.🙏
New energy, new service location…naturally, we are also weaving in some new services and offerings with this up-leveling!
Beginning June 2025, Align & Refine now offers the sacred Ayurvedic oil treatment of Shirodhara at both locations. 💆♀️
This divinely clarifying treatment (typically received after Abhyanga, but can also be a stand-alone treatment) involves a peaceful, steady stream of oil applied to the forehead and scalp. Shirodhara is a primary treatment utilized in traditional Panchakarma and serves many healing purposes. Shirodhara:
🫴Improves: sleep, circulation, cognitive abilities, mental clarity
🫴Alleviates: anxiety, mental fog, depressive symptoms, stress symptoms, headaches/migraines, hair loss, hypertension
🫴Balances: hormones, energy levels, blood pressure, Vata Dosha
🫴Promotes: healthy skin/hair, deep relaxation, eye health, nervous system regulation, quality sleep
🫴Serves to powerfully purify and align the third eye and crown chakras
Last but certainly not least, there are also several new class offerings for the summer ~
