Trailhead Therapy in Viroqua is offering limited slots of affordable counseling sessions ($20). Our office is located in Viroqua. Fede Escobar is at the tail end of his Advanced Clinical Masters of Social Work and is offering low-rate sessions as he finishes his degree.
Fede has two years of experience working in the field of mental health. Fede's work emphasizes building a therapeutic relationship that is based on safety, trust and connection as the foundation for the rest of his work. He strives to assist clients to develop self-compassion and self-awareness that empower them to reconnect to their resilience, life purpose and meaning. His main sources of theoretical curiosity are internal family systems, interpersonal neurobiology and polyvagal theory. Fede's sessions are supervised by therapist Chris Ruder, LMFT.
