Ten years ago, I had a BIG dream, a lot of passion and NO idea how meaningful this journey would become.🥰🥰🥰

Over the years, I’ve grown not only as a chiropractor, but as a person - learning from my clients, celebrating wins together and walking through hard seasons side by side.

Thank you for growing with me. This journey has been one of the greatest privileges of my life!

Thank you for trusting me with your care, for growing with me and for allowing me to serve you and your families! This milestone exists because of you and I’m so deeply grateful.

DID YOU KNOW!?

Bone broth is an EXCELLENT addition to first baby foods! Just 2hrs in the instapot and you have some gut healing, collagen rich, nurturing juice! Can also be used in soups, mashed potatoes, etc.

Will be freezing this in ice cube trays for easy use 😊
