Life.

It’s not always easy and it’s not always hard. We have seasons where we feel as though nothing can stop us but we also have times when we think nothing can go right!

If we sit in the awareness of this fact of life. If we sit with acceptance of what is, the “Ebb” part of life will suddenly become clear.

Maybe we take that time to do reflection, self care, shadow work, etc. get our game plan together! So when we flow again we flow for longer.

Always understanding that things continue to change, to grow, to ebb and to flow.

Interesting use of Thermography showing increased metabolic rate of blood flow during acupuncture. This can lead to expedited healing. Moreover, really interesting to see increased blood flow to the hand without needle.
