👩‍🍼 Nursing? Try removing one potential irritant at a time (dairy, caffeine, onions) and give it 2 weeks.
🍼 Formula? Ask your pediatrician about a protein hydrolysate option.
⏱ Avoid overfeeding—wait 2–2.5 hours between feeds.
🚶 Soothe with motion: stroller walks, carriers, gentle rocking.
🎵 Try white noise, a fan, or a dryer sound.

8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Please remember, Saturdays are reserved for sick visits only to make sure we can care for children who aren’t feeling their best.
❗ We do NOT schedule well-child checkups or chronic care visits on Saturdays.
