Parenting Tip: Crying babies want to be soothed 💙

The most common reasons babies cry are hunger and tiredness. Try feeding, swaddling, gentle rocking, walking, or calming sounds like white noise. Sometimes a pacifier, warm bath, or just holding your baby close can help.
If nothing works, it’s okay to place your baby on their back in a safe sleep space and take a short break. Some babies will fuss briefly and fall asleep on their own.
✨ If crying lasts more than 3 hours a day, your baby seems uncomfortable even when not crying, or has a fever, reach out to your pediatrician.
You’re doing a great job—every baby is different, and it can take time to find what works.
