To be in the trenches with you is a blessing.

We sit today with a little more gratitude than normal.

To work with such amazing people who are committed to bettering themselves so they can show up better in the world.

To have a team dedicated to a mission that seems outlandish at times.

To have clients that have such great hearts.

We’re grateful.

Isometrics. Our people know them as ISOs. And they love seeing them every time they’re on their program!

One of those sneaky protocols that look so easy yet when you get into them you find out quick that they’re hard as hell.

We don’t use them just for the sake of making you wish you weren’t doing them.

They’re a great asset in training when it comes to improving tendon health, improving joint health or improving a range of motion that you don’t feel you can get into very well.

Professional coaching is guiding and collaborating.

The wife of a client of ours expressed to us today that her husband is “in the best shape of his life”.

Not by chance.

But by a collaborative plan that he felt confident with.

It wasn’t overwhelming.

It wasn’t generic.

It was fitting for the season of life that he is in.

It was simple enough so he could follow through without it taking away from other areas of life that mattered to him.

Part of our process is going through a comprehensive assessment that allows us to connect the dots and discover the things that matter.

Instead of treating the symptoms we look at finding the root cause.

Why are you having these aches/pains?

Why are you struggling with your nutrition?

What’s getting in the way of you consistently keeping your word to yourself?

For us, it starts here. Without determining the things that matter for your situation it makes no sense to start.

The best next step is the one that moves you closer to how you want to feel.
