Congratulations to Southwest Airlines on being ranked the #1 airline by The Wall Street Journal. ✈️

We are proud to partner with an organization that leads with heart and demonstrates true commitment to the communities it serves. You are so much more than an airline, you are a Lifeline to the individuals and families we support.

With Southwest’s partnership, we have expanded opportunities for youth and adults across our region — from career exploration and economic mobility to increased access to critical mental health services.

Thank you for helping us open doors of opportunity and strengthen our community. 💙💚

Today Lifeline's CEO, Lisette Islas, and Ambassador Alicia G. Kerber-Palma from the Mexican Consulate signed an MOU to strengthen our work serving immigrant communities. This partnership strengthens our ability to coordinate services and resources with a shared focus on supporting survivors of human trafficking through mental health services, housing, and workforce development.

By aligning our efforts, we’re strengthening collaboration across institutions to better serve those affected and expand the impact of services delivered in partnership with our community.

Yesterday, Lifeline was invited by Mayor Rebecca Jones and the San Marcos City Council to accept a Proclamation honoring Human Trafficking Awareness Month. 💚

This recognition affirms the importance of prevention, education, and survivor-centered support. We’re grateful to the City of San Marcos and its leaders for using their platform to elevate awareness and honor organizations and advocates working to end human trafficking.

We were proud to share the stage with One Safe Place, California Alliance Against Human Trafficking, You Can Stop Human Trafficking, Trish Martinez Native Liaison to Advisory Council and Mosques Against Trafficking as none of this work can be done alone.

Moments like this remind us that meaningful change happens through collaboration and collective action.

Today we honor Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his enduring call to serve others. 💚

His words remind us that greatness is not defined by status or recognition, but by our willingness to show up for one another, especially in moments that ask for empathy, care, and action.

At Lifeline, this belief shapes our work every day as we support individuals, families, and communities with dignity and compassion.

We’re celebrating a special milestone at Lifeline. 🎉

This month marks two years since Lisette Islas stepped into her role as CEO.

Over the past two years, Lisette has guided Lifeline through growth and change with a steady hand and a clear sense of purpose. Her leadership has helped strengthen our organization while keeping our work grounded in the people and communities we serve.

We’re grateful for the way she leads: thoughtfully, collaboratively, and by bringing laughter and joy in any space she enters.

From all of us at Lifeline, congratulations Lisette!
