7 Ways to Move your Lymphatic System

There are two main liquid systems in the body. The blood vascular system, and the lymphatic system, which is 3x larger than the blood vascular.

The lymphatic system acts as your sewer system. It provides not only protection for cells but serves to remove waste as well.

Cells eat and excrete waste like you do, only on a much smaller scale. The blood carries nutrition and fuels to the cells, and your lymph system removes the by-products and wastes caused from metabolizing these nutrients and fuels. It also carries all other waste and toxins in the body.

There is no “heart” to pump and pressurize your lymph system, so your lymph fluids move by means of the following methods;

Pressure changes that are reflected through the blood vascular system.

Contraction of your skeletal muscles which are activated through movement and exercise.

Contraction of smooth muscle stimulation.
