Healing Hands, Hot Mess Year — Reflecting & Moving Forward
This year stretched me, humbled me, and reminded me exactly why I do what I do. Every client who opened up and let me into their world — and every client who spoke through muscle tension and silence — thank you. You trusted me with your pain, your recovery, your nervous system, and your healing. That means more than you know.
I’ve watched swollen ankles drain, frozen shoulders move again, deep tissue finally let go, and nervous systems drop into safety. We’ve shared stories, laughs, breakthroughs — and that moment when the muscles finally let go… still my favorite part of this work. 🤗
And if you know me — as a client or a fellow LMT — you know this year wasn’t easy.
It came with setbacks, unexpected expenses, moments of burnout, personal challenges, and most recently… an extremely ill week and needing a new vehicle right at the finish line. Life tested me from every angle — business and personal — but even on the hard days, I showed up. I kept my hands working. I kept learning, adapting, and caring for the bodies on my table. I’m proud of that resilience.
Now I’m stepping into 2026 with clarity and intention.
More focused services. More customized blends and treatment tools in the room. Continued education and advanced skill-building — thoughtfully, sustainably, and with purpose. I don’t need to rush growth — I want to refine it.
