I’m officially in training to become a Hypno-Breathwork Facilitator, and I’m so excited to share that I’m offering Foundational Hypno-Breathwork Sessions while I complete my certification.

Our bodies often carry what we don’t consciously process — stress, emotions, tension, and old patterns. Breathwork gently guides the nervous system to release what’s been stored so the body can reset, soften, and realign.
