🔥 Introducing Our 4-Part Bikram Third Sets Series with Sam! 🔥 Launching Saturday, January 3rd at 8AM, this series is designed to elevate your practice through focused instruction, intentional pacing, and third sets — an advanced layer where you transition and progress seamlessly from one movement into the next (versus the traditional two-set structure in Bikram).
This is not a full 26&2 class. Instead, Sam breaks the sequence into four progressive parts to help you build strength, body awareness, and true understanding of the series.
Part 1 — Standing Series Only
We begin with a detailed breakdown of the standing postures. Sam will guide you through alignment, breathwork, and the third sets to help you deepen your postures with mindful transitions.
Part 2 — Warm-Up + Spine Strengthening
After a short warm-up, we dive into the spine-strengthening postures. Sam’s instruction focuses on form, control, and adding the third set as a way to advance your practice safely.
Part 3 — Warm-Up + Fixed Firm Through the Final Floor Postures
We warm up, then move from Fixed Firm through the end of the floor series, taking time to build confidence. Third-set sequencing is used intentionally to enhance movement and strength.
Part 4 — Putting It All Together
Our final session integrates everything you’ve learned in a guided and a structured run-through emphasizing technique and the deeper understanding built across the first three parts.
