Hi my yoga friends — I see you 💛
I want to take a moment to share a little reminder… my starting practice was Bikram, my primary practice is Bikram, and it will continue to be Bikram. That said, I always love sprinkling in a little Vinyasa, Pilates, and Cycle for balance — and that same philosophy shapes how we build our class schedule.
Our goal has always been to strike a balance for everyone who walks through our doors — those who want consistency and those who love a little variety.
Starting in December, you’ll notice a few minor schedule updates:
✨ Wednesdays: adding a 45-minute Pilates, while keeping our 75-minute Bikram and 45-minute Cycle.
✨ Saturdays: Bikram will now start at 8:00 AM, followed by a 45-minute Pilates at 9:30 AM, and Vinyasa at 10:30 AM.
If you see any small changes, it’ll only be because we’re adding more opportunities to move together — which might mean a little less turnover time between classes, so we thank you and appreciate your patience.
We’ll never please 110% of people, but we’ll always try our damn best to make sure we please you more often than not. 💪
