South Jersey Breastfeeding at The Village is proud to announce, in partnership with Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative, the Camden County Breastfeeding Project.
This 5 year project is part of the 'Healthy Women, Healthy Families' Initiative and is designed to improve health outcomes among black infants and mothers in Camden County.
In our role as a community partner, we will be establishing peer led community breastfeeding groups throughout the county. We also will be working with our breastfeeding peer leaders to assist them in entering the pathway to become a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
