We’re thrilled to introduce Rebecca, our newest clinician !
Rebecca strives to provide trauma-informed and culturally competent care to foster growth and healing in a safe, supportive environment. She’s passionate about helping people build resilience, strengthen self-care, and deepen self-awareness for lasting, meaningful change.
🧠 Rebecca is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Her approach is client-centered, direct, supportive, and empathetic, always tailoring care to meet each person where they are.
She integrates evidence-based modalities such as:

✔️ Motivational Interviewing
✔️ Mindfulness
✔️ Psychoeducation & more
Rebecca works with children through adults and supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
