In a battle for the ages, in a showdown of folding titans, Kristina has emerged victorious as our 3rd annual Massage Madness Champion! 🥇🌟 Despite the odds, despite the doubters, Kristina stood tall, faced the challenge head-on, and folded her way to glory! 💪

It was a nail-biting, edge-of-your-seat showdown, with twists and turns aplenty, but Kristina showed true grit and determination, proving that when it comes to folding fitted sheets, she’s the G.O.A.T. - Greatest Of All Time! 🐐✨

We’d like to take a moment to thank each and every participant who made this year’s Massage Madness Championship an unforgettable event! Amanda, Leo, Nick, Lynnessence, John, Mia, Kristina, and Liz - you all brought your A-game and made this competition one for the books! 📚👏

✨ In this 1-day course, you’ll learn the structure and function of fascia and its role in movement, restriction, and pain patterns. Participants will explore how fascial tissue responds to sustained pressure, stretch, and slow therapeutic techniques.

Through lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice, therapists will learn introductory myofascial techniques designed to release restrictions, improve tissue mobility, and support functional movement. Emphasis will be placed on palpation skills, therapist body mechanics, and recognizing common fascial restrictions throughout the body.

This course provides a practical foundation for incorporating myofascial techniques into a therapeutic massage session while maintaining a safe and effective approach to fascial work.
