Do your feet hurt? Go to someone trained to treat foot pain. Podiatrist’s are Doctor’s of l Podiatric Medicine. A four year degree from medicsl school then postgraduate training in surgery. Why go to quackery and sales people with no knowledge. Orthotics are only one treatment in our armamentarium to treat foot pain. Most visits covered by your insurance. Most insurances cover orthoses. Do not buy into ridiculous, high priced, non-medical plans.

If you pain anywhere you probably will check with your doctor. Shouldn’t you do the same if your feet hurt? A podiatrist is a physician trained to diagnose and treat problems causing pain in your feet and ankles. If you are worried about cost most insurances cover podiatrist visits including custom molded orthotics. See your foot doctor if you’re having pain!

Your arch and foot care specialist should be your Podiatrist. A Doctor of Podiatric Medicine had specialized training in biomechanics, foot function while you walk, and how to treat problems that arise causing discomfort. Custom orthotics are an important treatment modality when prescribed by a professional.

If you are having pain in your feet, don’t rely on the internet to diagnosis your problem. SEE YOUR PODIATRIST. We are health care professionals specializing in foot problems. Not all heel pain is plantar fasciitis. Not all problems require surgery. Don’t suffer. See your doctor.

Winter is coming. When the temps drop your furnace comes on. That means dry, itching skin. Don’t forget to protect your most important barrier to infection. Use moisturizer every day!
