🛍️ Downtown businesses will be open for business and passing out candy to trick-or-treaters!
🛻 A dump truck will be offloading ONE TON of candy and passing it out!!
🧙🏻‍♀️ A costume contest will commence in the Tremont Parking Lot off of Market Street!
