💙 Happy Social Work Month! 💙

We’re celebrating our amazing Social Service Director, Barbara! With a degree in Gerontology and Social Work and experience dating back to 1987, Barbara has dedicated her career to advocating for our residents and supporting our community. She consistently goes above and beyond, bringing compassion, expertise, and heart to everything she does.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys life with her husband, four cats, her daughter (her world!), and two grand pups. Evenings are often spent at the dog park, making memories with her daughter and furry family members. 🐾

Thank you, Barbara, for all that you do to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day!

Logan Vance is a healthcare administrator and business professional with a strong passion for leadership, community, and building meaningful connections. Through his experience in healthcare operations and management, Logan focuses on creating an environment where residents, families, and staff feel supported, valued, and respected every day. 💙

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife, Monica, and their three cats, who keep their home lively and full of personality. Family, community, and a commitment to personal and professional growth are at the center of everything he does.
