Congratulations Mariano Vega Sanchez, CNA, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Center is proud to honor Mariano Vega Sanchez as this year’s Quest for Excellence winner. Mariano serves as a CNA and has been a dedicated member of our team for the past seven years. His steady presence, tireless work ethic, and genuine compassion for our residents have made him an indispensable part of our community.

Outside of work, Mariano treasures time with his wife of 30 years, Rhonda. Mariano’s journey into healthcare was inspired by his experience caring for his father-in-law. “I enjoy being able to help people, so I decided to turn it into a career,” he shared.

Mariano’s coworkers describe him as dependable, kind, and always willing to lend a hand. One team member noted, “Mariano is very helpful and he’s great with the residents.” His reputation for reliability and his willingness to go above and beyond has earned the admiration and respect of everyone who works alongside him.

Our Executive Director highlighted how Mariano exemplifies ASC’s core values. “He continually goes above and beyond for the team and our residents. He’s always willing to pick up extra shifts to ensure our residents are well cared for, and his accountability shows in his commitment to our mission”.

Mariano’s dedication and heart for service embody the very spirit of this honor. We are proud to celebrate him and grateful for the positive difference he continues to make in the lives of our residents and team.
