26.3 will MOST LIKELY have Barbell, Double Unders, and/or Rowing.

I’m a big believer that with some dedicated practice, double unders can be learned quickly as long as you can keep moving through frustration (and a few whips).

For rowing advice, I love but to keep it simple I would focus on trying to keep a consistent curve during 26.3.

Now if neither appears, I’m sorry for trying to help you be fitter 🤷‍♂️

You shouldn’t run away from fried pickles just because the roof of your mouth wasn’t ready for the 500 degrees. You also shouldn’t fear any movements just because you had one injury.
