Nurses don’t have weak backs.
They have one of the most physically demanding jobs there is.
Add together long shifts, unpredictable loads, awkward positions and short staffing.
Back pain in nursing isn’t a personal failure.
It’s an exposure problem.
My goal isn’t to tell nurses to “be careful.”
It’s to help nurses build back capacity so the job feels a little easier.
If you’re a nurse dealing with back pain and want simple, realistic ways to build capacity, message me.
