In celebration of Thanksgiving, 85 Hope Clinic will be CLOSED the week of November 24th, 2025.

We will reopen with regular hours on Monday, December 1, 2025.
Please plan ahead for any medication refills or appointments. If you experience a medical emergency during this time, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

85 HOPE Free Medical Clinic Story

85 HOPE Free Medical Clinic is a non-profit FREE medical clinic based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ to provide primary healthcare to low-income adult residents (ages 18-64) of Wabash County, Indiana, who have no health insurance or are under-insured (high deductibles, high co-pays, high premiums, etc). We offer free medical visits, free medications, free physical therapy, free labwork and radiology exams, and free mammograms to our clients. We also assist with specialty care referrals such as dental, optometry, mental health care, and other specialty needs. All 85 HOPE clients meet with a healthcare navigator to help them determine eligibility for other resources such as HIP insurance.

We have two clinic locations. 85 HOPE Wabash is located at the Friends Church, 3563 South State Road 13, Wabash, IN 46992 (enter through Door 9). Office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-5 pm (walk-ins, intakes, medication refills). Clinic hours are Thursdays 5-8 pm (scheduled appointments only). Interested persons should call 260-274-0011 to schedule an intake appointment (please leave a message and we will return your call) or simply walk-in on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons.

85 HOPE Manchester is located at the Town Life Center, 603 Bond St, North Manchester, IN 46962 (3rd floor, Suites 8/9, elevator is available). Office hours are every Tuesday 3-5 pm (walk-ins, intakes, medication refills). Clinic hours are 1st and 3rd Tuesday, 5-8 pm (scheduled appointments only). Interested persons should call 260-306-8309 to schedule an intake appointment (please leave a message and we will return your call) or simply walk-in on Tuesday afternoons.

85 HOPE is thankful to be supported by the United Fund, Community Foundation of Wabash County, Parkview Foundation, Ford Meter Box Foundation, and other grant funding. We also receive support from generous donations made by individuals, churches, companies, corporations, and civic clubs.
