Teaching a yoga flow class tomorrow at Muddy Waters Yoga Studio. Practicing gratitude with a theme of shoulder openings. As you can see my daughter Olivia helped me with the sequencing. I think we’ll all feel as happy after class as the pictures she drew. 9am tomorrow and still a few spots left!
