We had some Easter fun this week! This year we tried something new. Instead of dying hard-boiled eggs, we bought wooden craft eggs and decoupaged them with paper cutouts from napkins and tissue paper. Though it was a little messy, it was fairly easy. We might give this a try on craft pumpkins this fall. Anne made S'More Dip using Peeps for social hour - which was a huge hit! Last, but certainly not least, congratulations to Maxine for having the closest guess in our jellybean jar. All of us at Serenity Suites hope everyone has a blessed Easter! ⛪

Our Palm "Sundae" Bar was a hit! We were happy to see so many people enjoying the day as it's always nice to see folks fellowshipping with each other. Thanks to our staff on duty as well for assisting with the set-up and take-down (Jenny, Michelle, Anthony, and Jackie). 🍨

Becky got the residents exercising their brains today with a round of March themed Jeopardy. This has become one of the residents' favorite activities. ☘ ☘

Today is National Girl Scouts Day! We enjoyed an afternoon of Girl Scout trivia, visiting, and of course sampling some of their famous cookies. It was difficult to pick just one for a favorite, but the Lemonades, Adventurefuls, and Caramel DeLite cookies were definitely at the top of the list!
