Today we honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage, dedication, and sacrifice!

Throughout the course of history, courageous men and women have joined the armed forces to secure and maintain our nation's freedoms. We express our sincere gratitude to all Veterans - past, present, and future. Today, we want to highlight Serenity's own. From all of us, thank you.
1. John "Jack" Dudgeon: Jack enlisted in the US Army at the age of 23. He served from 1958-1959. He was trained as a rifleman and was stationed in Germany for 16 months.
2. Eugene "Gene" Junker: Gene served in the US Army from 1964-1967. He enlisted at 18 years old and was an electronic technician for Hawk missiles. He served 27 months in Germany and flew across the Atlantic Ocean 7 times.
3. Floyd Kumerow: Floyd served in the US Army in 1962-1963 at the age of 22. He volunteered and was a supply sergeant. He served during the Cuban Missile Crisis and Vietnam War.
4. Gerald "Jerry" Moldan: Jerry volunteered for the Army Reserve Artillery Unit at the age of 20. He was trained to be a clerk typist and served 2 years.

It's that time of year for our annual fundraiser! We are proud to be partnering with Hacker's Nursery once again to offer Christmas greenery for the holiday season. Due to supply issues, there are some changes this year. We are offering 6 different items:
1. 26" Deluxe Wreath (mixed greens of noble fir, incense cedar,
blueberry juniper, and white pine): $55.00
2. 12" Red Ornament with Fresh Greens: $46.00
3. Swag of Mixed Greens: $35.00
4. 25' Balsam Garland: $46.00
5. 12" Pot with spruce tops & mixed greens: $55.00
6. 15" Deluxe Porch Pot (birch poles, dogwood, pinecones, &
mixed greens): $70.00

We got too busy yesterday and forgot to post for Jerry's birthday. His daughters were here to visit earlier and brought him flowers to brighten his day. We hope you had a great day, Jerry!
