We tried a few different games that have been circulating on the internet lately. Though they look easy, it is harder than you might think! The first pictures are our snowman faces. Each person sat behind the snowman and placed the face where he/she thought they should go. We also tried blowing "snowballs" off a cup and picking up snowballs with "hooves." We did have "snow" much fun!

The holiday season is here, and we've been keeping busy and having some fun! In late November, we decorated ornaments that are now proudly displayed on our Christmas tree. We sorted and delivered the Christmas greens from our fundraiser. We want to thank everyone for purchasing and supporting our residents at Serenity Suites. Lastly, Rachel volunteered to be our very own barista and made special iced coffee drinks. - and they were delicious!

Today we honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage, dedication, and sacrifice!

Throughout the course of history, courageous men and women have joined the armed forces to secure and maintain our nation's freedoms. We express our sincere gratitude to all Veterans - past, present, and future. Today, we want to highlight Serenity's own. From all of us, thank you.
1. John "Jack" Dudgeon: Jack enlisted in the US Army at the age of 23. He served from 1958-1959. He was trained as a rifleman and was stationed in Germany for 16 months.
2. Eugene "Gene" Junker: Gene served in the US Army from 1964-1967. He enlisted at 18 years old and was an electronic technician for Hawk missiles. He served 27 months in Germany and flew across the Atlantic Ocean 7 times.
3. Floyd Kumerow: Floyd served in the US Army in 1962-1963 at the age of 22. He volunteered and was a supply sergeant. He served during the Cuban Missile Crisis and Vietnam War.
4. Gerald "Jerry" Moldan: Jerry volunteered for the Army Reserve Artillery Unit at the age of 20. He was trained to be a clerk typist and served 2 years.
