Your age doesn’t determine your pain 📢

Degenerative changes seen within the spine are a normal part of the aging process, but aren’t always the sole cause of your symptoms. In addition to age, other factors that may play a part include history of injury(s), medical/surgical history, posture, arthrokinematic mobility (the quality of how each individual joint moves) and myofascial restrictions. Physical therapy can help reduce your neck pain and improve mobility.
