The latissimus dorsi does more than you think.
This large muscle plays a huge role in shoulder position, posture, and overall upper body movement. When the lats are tight, they can pull the shoulders forward and down, limit overhead range of motion, and even contribute to neck and upper-back discomfort.
In this session, I’m stretching the lats using PNF stretching, which helps reset the muscle and increase range of motion. You can actually see the difference as the lats release, the shoulders are able to relax and move closer to the table.
If you struggle with forward shoulders, tight upper back, or limited shoulder mobility, this is one muscle you don’t want to skip in your next session.
✨ Mobility + massage = better movement, better posture, and longer-lasting relief.
