While the world sleeps, our incredible overnight team is wide awake—caring, watching, comforting & ensuring our Assisted Living & Memory Care residents are safe & supported all through the night. Their quiet strength, gentle hearts & constant presence bring peace of mind to our residents & our families alike.

From late-night reassurance to early-morning smiles, they serve with compassion, patience & love… and we are so deeply grateful. Thank you to our Overnight Team for being the steady light in the nighttime hours. You are truly part of the heartbeat of our community.💙✨

This Christmas, we wanted to spread love a little, differently than we did last year. (Last year we focused on young families with young kiddos.) This year, we partnered with Aspen Hospice & asked 6 adults who live in our neighborhood (who may not otherwise receive anything this season) —what they truly needed & wanted. The form we gave them to fill out had the following on It:

✨ Something I need
✨ Something to snack on
✨ Something to read
✨ Something fun to pass the time

So…from toasters & brooms to books, blenders & favorite snacks… every wish was fulfilled, wrapped, & delivered with love❤️TODAY.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible, & a VERY, VERY special ‘thank-you’ to Kelsey & Aspen Hospice for helping us bring JOY, DIGNITY, & COMFORT to others this Christmas🎄‼️

This past Thanksgiving, our tables were full, our hearts were even fuller & our home was overflowing with love. It was such a blessing to celebrate with our residents & families, sharing laughter, stories & a delicious Thanksgiving feast together.

We had two of the sweetest little visitors at Mercy House this morning — Ny’ellie & La’Reina!💕 They are the precious daughters of Amber, our new Marketing Coordinator for Waco & Temple.

As you can see, both our residents & these adorable “littles” enJOYed every moment together. Moments like these warm our hearts & remind us how special intergenerational connections truly are.

We had an absolute 🚀blast &the smiles were non-stop! This simple, FUN game does so much more than bring JOY — it also provides wonderful benefits for our Assisted Living & Memory Care Residents…
