We offer equipment based Pilates and yoga sessions in a private studio setting.

Infinity is proud to be the first facility in Waco to offer Pilates in a studio setting! Through small group classes, duet, and private instruction, we provide individual attention to each client ensuring proper technique and safety. At Infinity we use movement to link the body and mind in order to dispel limiting thoughts and behaviors. We work with our clients to reshape their bodies through balance, strength, and flexibility training, using the Pilates Training Method and various weight training exercises. Whether you decide to practice Pilates, weight train, or a combination of the two, our certified instructors will be there to provide encouragement and modifications as they guide you through your mind-body experience. We strive to create a welcoming environment where all ages and fitness levels can find well-being through movement. As the name suggests there is no limit to the positive impact these systems can have on your body and mind; no matter your age or background you can find a place here.

Major pic here! I met in 2016 at the Halloween party! Fast forward to this past weekend and I got to attend her Athletic Flow Training in Dallas! Almost 10 years later and she’s still this gorgeous, vibrant presenter! Thanks for letting me fan girl again! I loved getting to reconnect! 🤩
